Before you send anything back

Email support@utbox.store with your order number, checkout email, delivery date, and return reason. Please wait for return instructions before sending the product back so the parcel can be matched to your order.

Cancellation and return timing

For most online orders delivered in the United Kingdom, customers can tell UTBOX they want to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item. After cancelling, follow the return instructions and send the item back within 14 days.

Refund timing depends on the item being received back and checked. UTBOX aims to process eligible refunds promptly after the return is received and matched to the original order.

Return condition

  • Return the UTBOX X2 Pro, controllers, HDMI extension, power cable, and 128GB storage card together.
  • Pack the item securely so it is protected in transit.
  • Do not include private notes, passwords, payment cards, or personal media in the parcel.

Who pays return postage?

For change-of-mind returns, return postage may be the customer's responsibility unless UTBOX has confirmed otherwise in writing. If an item is faulty or incorrect, contact support first so the right route can be confirmed.
